Tucson’s 27th El Tour de Tucson is Saturday, November 21 and about 9000 cyclists converge on Tucson from around the world to take part in the University Medical Center sponsored event.  If you are an avid cyclist, new to the sport, or looking for a change of lifestyle, there is a course for you ranging from the kiddies 1/4 mile course to 4-, 35-, 67-, 80-, and 109 – miles.  The 109 mile route of El Tour passes Jeremiah Inn Bed and Breakfast less than 1/2 mile away and guests enjoy cheering the contestants on as the leaders of the pack approach the inn usually about 9:00am, or soon after breakfast is finished being served.  Whether you plan to ride, or not, you will want to make room reservations in Tucson for that weekend soon.  Innkeepers Bob and Beth will help you find a great restaurant for dinner to celebrate after the race’s close.
