Making sure that our guests enjoy a fresh and original breakfast each day of their stay is a creative part of inn keeping! Each day’s breakfast begins with fresh brewed coffee, varietal teas, or cocoa, if preferred. Juice selections will include four or five choices – pink grapefruit, cranberry/raspberry blend, Concord grape/cherry mix, and orange (of course). Next will be a yogurt parfait with inn-baked granola, or in the winter months a hot winter wheat cereal with cranberries, perhaps. A dollop of whip cream dresses up this course. The plated breakfast will be beautifully decorated with a generous selection of artistically presented fruits, and the centerpiece will be the hot entree of the day, perhaps tortilla quiche and orange muffins.
