Mt. Lemmon Marathon Nears

There are a few rare athletes who run marathons. There are even fewer who run marathons all uphill! The Mt. Lemmon Marathon will be Sunday, October 17, 2010. This one-of-a-kind race takes competitors 26 miles, uphill, over an elevation gain of 6000 feet, from 2750′ to almost 9000′. Jeremiah Inn is located 1 mile from the starting line. It’s not too soon to plan your stay for 2011. Cheers!
